GPAC Journeys to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival

Germantown, TN - For its 2012 GPAC Journey, GPAC will travel south by rail on the City of New Orleans to The Big Easy for the 2012 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on May 4-7. With 12 stages of soul-stirring musical showcases, mouthwatering Louisiana cuisine, and a diverse marketplace featuring an array of local, national and international artisans, its the perfect way to indulge your senses!

This excursion is the sixth in the "GPAC Journeys" Series, which provides patrons the opportunity to journey the Mid-South and beyond to experience an array of arts, culture and entertainment. Past journeys have included trips to Jackson, Nashville, New York City, and most recently a tour to China.

Trip Includes: 

   - RT transportation Memphis - New Orleans on the Amtrak train City of New Orleans and shuttle transfers 
   - 3 Nights Accommodations at the 4 Diamond Pere Marquette Hotel on the edge of the French  Quarter 
   - 4 course Dinner Friday evening at Historic Dickie Brennans Palace Café 
   - 2 all day passes to the Jazz and Heritage Festival Saturday/Sunday (rain or shine)
   - Wrist bands for round trip shuttle transfer to/from Festival all day Saturday and Sunday
