Now in its 12th season, the GPAC Youth Symphony Program is thrilled to debut five mini concerts that feature the Mozart String Ensemble, Mendelssohn String Orchestra, Wind Ensemble and the GPAC Youth Symphony Orchestra (GYSO). These performances and the inspiring dedication of our student musicians demonstrate music’s unique ability to transcend our difficult circumstances and offer both a reflection of our perseverance and a commitment to working for a brighter, peaceful, and hope filled future. These concerts epitomize the words of Hans Christian Anderson when he wrote “where words fail, music speaks.” It is our hope that the music presented here will lift your spirits and speak to your soul.
