It’s magic through the lens of the Maker Movement! New York-based Mario the Maker Magician brings you an acclaimed family theater experience full of homespun MAGIC, handmade ROBOTS, and modern SLAPSTICK. Fast-paced, interactive, and hilarious… Mario is known as “magic’s punk rock Peter Pan philosopher.” He has appeared on Sesame Street, NBC’s Universal Kids, and even live on tour with David Blaine who calls him, “the best kids magician in the world!!” Come see why!

Now in its 26th season, this program introduces children ages 8 and under to a variety of genres including music, dance, and multicultural arts in an informal concert setting.  Parents and children are invited to move and groove in these highly interactive performances held on scheduled Saturdays in the Watkins Studio Theater or Duncan-Williams Performance Hall.
