Swirls, Twirls & Maybe Some Straight Lines
The reception is free to attend and open to all.
Phyllis Boger has been painting on silk for over 25 years. “Using dyes on silk creates its own challenges, but I love the results for the brilliance of the color.” BC (before COVID) she was teaching silk painting in the Memphis area and is looking forward to teaching again.
Phyllis has a BFA from Barat College, outside of Chicago, a degree in art education from the Art Institute of Chicago, and an MFA in painting from Western Connecticut State University.
In addition to silk painting, she paints in acrylics, and collage/mixed media.
